Made for anyone who loves those Asian pineapple & nata de coco (young coconut) jelly puddings. The body is basically a large pineapple jelly pudding with layers of pineapples (in this case also marmalade candied oranges) over a layer of nata de coco.
Attach a pineapple leaf with fruit stem for decoration and add berry jam as needed.
